Elain MacDonald said: “A life coach does for the rest of your life what a personal trainer does for your health and fitness.”
Life coaching improves confidence and self-esteem, increases life satisfaction and happiness levels, lowers stress levels and helps you have a more peaceful mind. This, in turn, increases energy, productivity, brings passion and focus to all of your future endeavours and relationships.
A life coach is someone who can help you see where your life is right now while also helping you create a vision of where you want it to go and a plan to get there. Throughout the process, a life coach will not only help guide you, but they will provide you with the support you need throughout this journey.
Coaching does not focus on the past; rather, life coaching focuses on the present and creating the future that a client hopes to achieve. A Life coach will not tell clients what to do or prescribe specific courses of action based on their own desires.
Coaching is an interactive experience where we discover your goals and your passions and use them to help you travel down a path to the life you want.

Neuro-Coach Method™
A facilitation process called, Multi-Level Neuro-Processing™ [MLNP].
“It is a brain-body (neuro-physiological) facilitation process, which helps the brain to process and integrate both negative and positive information on the cognitive, emotional, and sensory levels.” [https://www.multilevelprocessing.com
Yes, Multi-Level Neuro-Processing™ [MLNP] is a highly effective way to process anxiety and stress.
The emotional and physical experiences of trauma can become trapped in the body, impacting our health and creating a cycle of panic, fear, and helplessness. MLNP & Neurogenic Tremor Exercise is a physiological approach to release the frozen emotional energy that is caused by the body's freeze-response in overwhelming and traumatic situations. When the Fight-or-Flight response is unable to provide an escape from danger, the body may enter a state of freeze to protect itself. Neurogenic Tremor Exercises are a natural way for the body to discharge this frozen emotional energy, and can be used in combination with trauma relief programs. As a facilitator, I guide a natural process of releasing trauma and tension from the body. Like all warm-blooded animals, humans also experience neurogenic tremors during intense emotions, shock, and freeze responses. However, unlike other species, humans often attempt to control or suppress these tremors, leading to accumulated tension in the nervous system. This tension can result in prolonged hypoarousal or hyperarousal, which can manifest as various physiological and psychological symptoms.
